HI KENDRA
.
First day we met Koko, she was with her adopted sister Kendra. Both were young and that was all they had in common. Koko had a dark brownish colour, was cute and had a mean attitude. She was very unfriendly and we all did not like her.
Kendra on the other hand was very pretty, cute and friendly. She had a fair complexion. As cute as Koko but different demeanor. She played with everyone and we all loved her.
Koko and Kendra’s father happened to be our friend so we had to accommodate Koko and love Kendra. After a while, Hamza, Koko and Kendra’s father had to travel so he took them with him and we missed them very much, even Koko.
Two months on, we got the news that Kendra had fallen sick and had been admitted in the hospital. We were all so sad and prayed fervently for recovery. We spoke with Hamza regularly to update us on her health. A week later, we got the news that Kendra died. It broke our hearts. Kendra was such a lovely girl but she had always been very fragile. She did not have the toughness that Koko has which comes with the breed. She was a foreign one. We even wondered why Koko had not died in the stead of Kendra. Hamza was very sad; he had become very attached to his two girls, especially Kendra. She had cost him more being a pure foreign breed, I can’t remember the breed now. Koko on the other hand is a pit-bull cross a local dog. Tough as nails. We had no choice but to love Koko, and become friendly with her even as she became fiercely possessive of Hamza.
